SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Fulfillment 

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (9am to 4 pm ) unless on holidays which will be clearly posted on the website before hand. Due to the current Covid-19 status deliveries may be delayed through no fault of Saraden Illustrations and delivery may be restricted to certain countries.

Orders placed on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day (after the weekend or holiday).

Shipping during peak time may be delayed. Saraden Illustrations is not responsible for shipping/delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on order product type,  weight, destination, and shipping method.

* Residential and remote/rural locations may take additional time for delivery, allow until 8 pm for deliveries to remote locations.

Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfillment due to weekends or holidays.  You will receive an email once your item has been shipped. If you have chosen the registered post/courier option you will also be provided with a tracking code.

Estimated shipping timelines are estimations only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.  Saraden Illustrations is not responsible for delays in delivery due to these circumstances or carrier error.

Carriers for shipping are selected based on product type and destination. Orders using these options may be shipped via Courier, An Post, registered or standard post. We are not able to accommodate requests for specific carriers on orders using Free or Flat Rate Shipping options. If you need to specify your carrier, please contact orders@saradenillustrations.com. Shipping charges apply for your specified method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Saraden Illustrations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

TIP
Use the tracking number in your shipment confirmation e-mail to keep an eye on your order after it has left Saraden Illustrations.

lost package is one that was misdirected, misplaced or lost by the carrier, and is not delivered to the shipping address.

stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier, but is not physically received by the addressee.

Monitoring your order’s tracking and delivery status can help you ensure that your package is successfully received upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you would like to inquire about international shipping please contact orders@saradenillustrations.com

Included on all invoices will be name, quantity and price of each product

 

Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, personalised items, Custom Made items].  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable on custom or personalised items. 

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at orders@saradenillustrations.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
